I must admit it is awesome when you walk into a store and they pay you to buy the things your family uses. Here is a summary of my Walgreens trip today:

(1) Coupon for Hand Soap Dispenser - (-$3.00)
(1) In-ad coupon for pencils - (-$0.26)
(1) Register Reward from last week - (-$2.00)
Subtotal: $0.12
Tax: $0.40
Total out of pocket: $0.52
Received a $7.00 Register Reward for Lysol Healthy Touch
Transaction #2
Bought: (3) Dove Deodorants @ $3.75 each = $11.25
(1) Dove Body Mist - $3.75
(1) Valentine Pencil - $0.39 (forgot to use the in-ad coupon on this transaction)
Used: (4) $2.00/1 Dove Deodorant or Body Mist Coupons - (-$8.00)
(1) Register Reward from purchase above - (-$7.00)
Subtotal: $0.39 (would have been $0.13 if I had remembered in-ad Q for pencil)
Tax: $1.19
Total out of pocket: $1.58
Received a $5.00 Register Reward for Dove Purchase
In summary:
Money out of my pocket today: $2.00 register reward from last week and $2.10 in cash = $4.10
Still have $5.00 Register Reward for Dove Purchase - I made $0.90 and took home everything in the picture!
Remember, Register Rewards are good on virtually anything in the store. The few exclusions are items such as Alcohol, Tobacco, Lottery Tickets, etc.
I posted a picture of my receipts and RR below, but it did not turn out very well. If you look closely, you can see it though.
